News · 23 December 2020

To help us with record keeping, Service NSW has provided all 4 clinics with a QR Code as a digital check-in option.  The QR Code will be displayed next to our current sign-in booklet.  If you wish to check in via the QR code, you scan the code which will give you two options:

Sign in via Services NSW app. If you don’t have the Service NSW app on your phone, you will be directed to a Service NSW webpage, where you can choose to download the app or continue to the webform.

OR

Sign in via a webform. If you choose the webform, you simply need to type in your contact details to check in.

After you successfully check in, just present your check in to the reception staff!

Note – Remember, if you are seeing a vet during your visit, there is no need to sign in as your details will already be recorded in your visit with us in our internal database. However if you do wish to sign-in you have this option.

Thank you for your on-going support!
