To all our valued clients,
Firstly, in light of the most recent Covid restrictions announced for Greater Sydney, we’d like to reassure everyone that all our clinics at Bradbury, Camden, Mt Annan and Gregory Hills remain open as an essential service. Our current Covid safety protocols help ensure the health of clients and our staff (more on this below). We continue to keep abreast of and follow NSW Health guidelines and recommend clients do the same. We will endeavour to provide any updates as and when restrictions change.
As most of you are aware, to keep all our clients and staff safe, we continue to increase our own safety protocols and restrictions. Until further notice clients will not be able to enter the clinic with their pets. Please refer to our previous blog on the procedures when you arrive at our clinics here.
We kindly ask that all people visiting our clinics continue to wear a mask. This includes meeting our nurses and vets at your car. We also kindly ask that in order for our vets to examine your pet safely, could you please help us by assisting your pet out of the car, and they must be on a tightly-fitted collar or harness or in a secure carry cage. Retrieving the pets from the car can be daunting for them, so we want to make this process as calm as possible for your pets.
As a general reminder, if you have ANY cold or flu symptoms, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
In summary, please know that we are open and available for you and your pets. If you have any questions, please contact our friendly staff.
We hope you are all keeping safe and healthy.
