To all our valued clients,
Given the current Covid situation, we have reintroduced the following:
- Masks to be worn at all times in the clinics.
- Only 1 client allowed in consult room with the vet.
- Please observe the amount of people in our waiting rooms and practice social distancing where possible. Suggest waiting outside or in your car until it is time for your consult.
- Only 1 client per puppy during our puppy preschool classes.
The recent increase in Covid cases and resulting isolation requirements has put a strain on many businesses. We too will continue to experience staff shortages across our clinics. This is in addition to the already large workload to staff ratio across the veterinary industry. We are trying to manage staff requirements and working as hard as possible so that we can still look after your pets. We ask particularly during the weeks and months that follow to please be kind and patient. There may be a slight increase in wait times, requests to hold off on non-essential services, or a slight delay in returning calls for repeat medications. Rest assured we will continue to provide your pets with the best care possible. They are our number one priority.
We also wish to highlight our zero-tolerance policy towards rudeness or abusive behaviour to our staff or other clients.
Thanks again for adapting to these changes to make sure our clients and staff stay as safe as possible. Your family pet is in safe hands.
Regards,
Macarthur Vet Group
