Our team consists of over 15 Veterinary Surgeons, and over 40 Nursing and Administration staff. We also have Specialists and Consultants who are available on-site if your pet requires that level of support. Our dedicated and loyal team work hard to ensure all the animals brought into our clinics, sick or healthy are treated with compassion and given the best possible treatment.
Staff Training
We have built our reputation in the Macarthur region on the technical expertise of our partners, veterinarians and nursing staff. Our ongoing success is partly a result of our commitment to the continuous development of all staff – veterinarians, nurses and administration personnel. This commitment to remaining at the forefront of veterinary science ensures we can provide all our patients with the highest quality health care, which is why Macarthur Veterinary Group exists.
To support this endeavour the partners have made an ongoing commitment and extensive investments in staff training – with the result that our vets and nurses regularly attend courses and stay up-to-date in their fields of interest. Regular in-house training and meetings are also held to maintain our high standard of customer service and patient care. We even employ a Nurse Educator whose sole responsibility is the professional development of our nurses.
Careers at Macarthur Veterinary Group
We are always looking for experienced small animal vets who are interested in working with us. We also run a comprehensive work experience program for school students, veterinary nurses and student veterinarians as part of our community outreach.
