As mentioned in previous Covid-19 update posts, Macarthur Vet Group has been committed to continue providing you with the services you want and need for your pets throughout Covid-19. We have been lucky in Sydney to so far avoid the worst of the crisis, and we are glad that we have been able to offer in-person consults to our patients in our clinics throughout the lockdown period (following social distance protocols). During the “peak” we introduced video consults for those people who were unable to get to the clinic, but have had no demand for this from our clients for the past 2 months. With restrictions continuing to ease, we don’t expect to see much future demand for video consults, so are withdrawing this service. Telehealth phone consults will still be available if needed. It’s always best to see and examine the patients in the clinic where possible.
