What is your role here?
I am a Partner/Director of MVG and I oversee the Camden clinic.
When did you start working at MVG?
I joined Macarthur Veterinary Group in 2000 and have been a partner since 2002.
What are your qualifications and when did you achieve them?
I graduated from Sydney University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science First Class Honours. I have a Masters Degree in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery and a Certificate IV in Veterinary Practice Management. I am a long-term member of the Australian Veterinary Association and past president of the NSW AVA and have held executive positions with the Highlands branch since 2006. I am also a member of the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW.
What are some of the things you love about the veterinary industry?
New challenges, always something different and new, interesting cases to work up, seeing success from complex surgeries and a great team to work with. I enjoy dealing with challenging cases and regularly tackle orthopaedic surgery, especially knee surgery including advanced techniques for cruciate ligament repair.

Description of your pets / spouse / family
Married to fellow MVG partner Kirsty and have three children (Joshua, Katie and Matthew). We have a menagerie of animals at home including Max, an Irish Wolfhound, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, multiple Burmese cats, sheep, goats, cows, alpacas, chooks and wildlife – I can’t keep up with whatever Kirsty brings home next!
