What are your qualifications and when did you achieve them?
I completed the Cert II in Animal Studies in 2013 and Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2014.
What are some of the things you love about the veterinary industry?
It’s a dream job, absolutely. A passion for animals and being able to work with animals. Our pets make our lives wonderful. I love all of them, but I am a dog person. I don’t know what humans did to deserve dogs. They love us unconditionally and to be able to help them go home to their families happy and healthy is amazing.

I love how passionate the vets are for their patients. They always do what’s best for the pet. Also, the great sense of humour all the nurses have (which you sometimes need in this industry)
Description of your pets / spouse / family
My husband John and I live in Tahmoor together. We have two Husky’s- Esky (my good boy) and Slushie (my special baby), and Ridgeback cross named Harlo.
One interesting fact about you that no one knows!
And it’s not a secret but I’m a crazy Disney fanatic. I’ve won 2 Disney trivia nights and came in 2nd place to a team of 8 in Disney Pixar trivia. I’m always singing Disney tunes around work (and any other song really lol)
